Model RVs. In fact park model homes
are considered Recreational Vehicles and
should be referred to as Park Model RVs.
They are unique in that they
offer all the comforts of a resort cabin
and have the unique status of being an
RV. These RVs cannot be more than
400 square feet of living area but that
does not include the loft or the porch.

reflect a rich tradition of Amish

and shower or a walk in shower, 20
gallon electric water heater, 17 cubic
ft. refrigerator, space saver microwave
power range hood, deluxe residential
sized gas range with electronic
ignition, white, black or stainless
steel sinks with single lever faucets
and many, many more amenities.
